If you are not satisfied with our answer
If you believe our marketing, terms or handling breaches consumer law, you can contact the Danish Consumer Ombudsman (Forbrugerombudsmanden) and give them our written answer.
If you are a consumer in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre Denmark (ECC Danmark) can help you free of charge with cross-border questions.
If your complaint is about trading losses, please read the Risk Disclosure first. You trade on your own account and at your own risk; system limits, stops, leverage and liability are described in the Risk Disclosure and in the Terms of Service.
