Binandicator is an independent business operated from Denmark. It has not yet been registered as a company, so no CVR or VAT number applies at this time.
We are the data controller for the personal data collected through the Website, as defined by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national data protection laws.
Information We Collect
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
Account data: When you create an account or purchase a subscription, we collect your name, email address, username, and a hashed (encrypted) password. If you have a membership, we may also store your membership status, subscription history, and signals-related usage data.
Payment data: When you purchase a subscription, your order is managed through our checkout and subscription platform SureCart; card payments are processed by Stripe (where card payment is available) and cryptocurrency payments by Plisio. Where you pay by card, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment card details on our behalf. We do not store or have access to your full card numbers. Card data is processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Cryptocurrency payments are processed by Plisio. Crypto transactions are pseudonymous; we store the wallet address, transaction reference and order details needed to match and confirm your payment.
Exchange connection data: If you enable auto-trading, you connect your own exchange account (for example Bybit or OKX) by providing API keys. Those keys are stored encrypted on our servers and used only to place and close trades for the signals you have subscribed to. You can delete them at any time from your account, and they are deleted when your access ends.
Notification data: If you enable alerts outside the Website, we store what is needed to deliver them, for example your Telegram chat identifier for Telegram alerts or a device push token for notifications in our mobile app. You can turn these off at any time.
Contact and communication data: If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message).
Email list data: If we offer a newsletter or email updates and you subscribe, we collect your email address. (We currently do not operate a newsletter, but may do so in the future. This section will apply from the time we do.)
Technical data: When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security, troubleshooting, and to improve the Website, and is stored by our hosting provider Hostinger.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data to:
• Provide and manage your account and subscription;
• Process your payments (through SureCart, Stripe and Plisio);
• Deliver the trading signals and related services you have purchased;
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
• Send you service-related messages (e.g., payment confirmations, account notifications);
• Execute trades on the exchange account you have connected, when you have enabled auto-trading;
• Send you the signal alerts you have asked for (Telegram, email or app push);
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations; and
• Improve and analyse the performance of the Website.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
• Performance of a contract: to provide the services you have purchased and manage your account;
• Legal obligation: to comply with accounting, tax, and other legal requirements;
• Legitimate interest: to secure the Website, prevent fraud, and improve our services;
• Consent: where required (for example, for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), which you may withdraw at any time.
Cookies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to improve your experience. These include:
• Essential/technical cookies: required for the Website to operate, including session cookies, login cookies, and caching cookies (e.g., from LiteSpeed Cache);
• Payment and checkout cookies: set by SureCart and our payment providers (Stripe, Plisio) during the checkout process;
• Preference cookies: remember your choices and settings;
• Third-party cookies: may be set by embedded content (such as videos or social media widgets) or analytics services we may use in the future.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Website.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (data processors), including:
• Hostinger – web hosting and infrastructure;
• Stripe – payment processing;
• Providers of email and communication services, if used;
• SureCart – checkout, subscriptions, invoicing and customer management;
• Plisio – cryptocurrency payment processing;
• Telegram – delivery of signal alerts, if you have enabled them;
• Expo – delivery of push notifications to our mobile app, if you have enabled them
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, and property. When you click links to third-party exchanges (such as Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, or KuCoin) on our Website, you leave our Website and are subject to those third parties’ own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with these exchanges.
International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (for example, SureCart, Stripe, Plisio and Hostinger) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
• Account data: for as long as your account is active, and thereafter as required by law;
• Payment and order records: for the period required by accounting and tax law (typically 5 years in Denmark / your jurisdiction);
• Contact inquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request;
• Exchange API keys: until you delete them in your account or your access ends;
• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe;
• Technical logs: for a limited period for security purposes.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Erase your personal data (“right to be forgotten”);
• Restrict or object to certain processing;
• Data portability – receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption, hashed passwords, and restricted access to personal data. Exchange API keys are encrypted at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children
The Website is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Automated Decision-Making
Our trading signals are generated by automated algorithms (the TX1K Core). These algorithms process market data, not personal data, and do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

This policy was last updated on 3 October 2026. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Significant changes will be communicated to you where appropriate.
