Trading cryptocurrencies with leverage is high risk. Read this page before you follow a signal, and before you enable auto-trade. By enabling auto-trade you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted everything below.
1. You can lose everything
Leverage magnifies both profits and losses. A move of a few percent against a leveraged position can wipe out the entire margin behind it, and your position can be liquidated automatically by the exchange before any stop loss is reached. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, never with borrowed money, and never with money you need for something else.
2. Signals are analysis, not certainty
Binandicator signals are generated by algorithms from market data. They can be wrong. Historical performance, win rates, backtests and past results are not a promise or a forecast of future results. A signal describes what the model sees at that moment; the market can move against it immediately.
3. Auto-trade places orders without you
When auto-trade is enabled, the engine acts on signals mechanically, at any hour, including while you are asleep or away from your screen. Orders are placed, adjusted and closed automatically on your own exchange account. You are responsible for the settings you choose (timeframe, amount and leverage) and for monitoring your account.
4. Execution is not guaranteed
Even when a signal is correct, the outcome on your account depends on conditions outside our control, including:
- Slippage between the signal price and the price you actually get.
- Partial fills, rejected orders, or orders blocked by exchange risk limits.
- Exchange downtime, maintenance, API changes or rate limits.
- Internet, server, latency or connectivity problems, yours or ours.
5. Stops reduce risk, they do not remove it
Stop loss, break-even and trailing stop logic are tools, not guarantees. A stop can be skipped, filled far from its level, or never triggered if the market gaps past it. In fast markets, liquidation can happen before the stop is executed. The same applies to the emergency Stop all and Disconnect buttons: they send instructions to your exchange, and the result depends on the exchange accepting and executing them.
6. Your exchange is a third party
Your funds sit at your exchange, not with Binandicator. We are not responsible for the solvency, security, rules, regional restrictions or technical failures of your exchange, and we cannot recover funds from it on your behalf.
7. Technical risk
Software can fail. Bugs, outages, misconfiguration, network problems and third-party dependencies can delay or prevent trading. We work to keep the engine stable and we log what happens, but we cannot guarantee that the engine is always online or that it always behaves exactly as expected.
8. No advice and no guarantee of profit
Nothing in the Service is personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not promise profits, returns, or that you will not lose money. You make your own decisions at your own risk. See the Disclaimer and the Terms of Service.
9. Practise good risk management
- Start with small size and low leverage while you learn how the engine behaves.
- Keep only what you intend to trade on the connected exchange account.
- Use API keys with trading permission only, never withdrawal permission.
- Know how to stop auto-trade: Stop all closes open positions, Disconnect removes the connection.
- Only risk a small part of your total capital on any single trade.
10. Your acknowledgement
By enabling auto-trade, or by connecting an exchange account to Binandicator, you confirm that: you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure; you accept that automated trading can result in the loss of some or all of the funds on your exchange account; you are trading on your own initiative and at your own risk; and you are not relying on any statement from Binandicator as a promise of profit.
