Your plan
You can see your plan and the next payment in your account (Customer Dashboard). Monthly, annual and lifetime plans exist – lifetime never renews.
Renewal
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel the renewal in your account and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Cancelling
- Open your account / Customer Dashboard.
- Find your subscription.
- Turn off the renewal.
Nothing is deleted – your access simply ends when the period ends.
When the subscription ends
- Live signals and Terminal Log close.
- Your Telegram channel access is removed automatically.
- Auto-trade stops opening new trades. Positions already open can still be closed on the exchange.
Crypto payments
If you pay with crypto (Plisio) the payment has to be confirmed on the blockchain. Access is unlocked when it is confirmed, and a guest account is created on the email you used. Keep that email – it becomes your login.
Invoices
