Troubleshooting
10/01/2026
Key takeaways
- Most issues are timeframe, connection or balance
- Never send your API key to support
- Terminal Log shows what happened
I cannot see my position in the Terminal
The Terminal shows Binandicator signals and the positions the engine has opened. If you opened a position yourself on the exchange, it belongs to your exchange account and is not part of the signal list.
Auto-trade did not open a trade
- Is auto-trade switched on in the bar?
- Does your chosen timeframe match the signal timeframe?
- Is there USDT on the exchange account?
- Have you accepted the risk disclosure?
- Is your country restricted for execution?
I got no notification
- Telegram: is the bot unmuted and are you still in the channel?
- App: allow notifications in your phone settings, and open the app so it can save the push token.
- Email: check spam and promotions.
What does STOP LOSS HIT mean?
The market reached the stop price and the signal was closed. The result is in Terminal Log.
My balance is hidden
That is the eye icon – your own setting, remembered on your device.
Still stuck?
Write to us in the support chat and include the timeframe, the time and a screenshot – never your API key.
